Increase strength, flexibility, and stabilization of the core muscle groups along the spine, lower back, shoulder girdle, abdominals, hips, and glutes. Sessions progress from mat work to balance, stability, and strength work using the stability ball, the BOSU, and free weights.

This is a six week class that blends core stability, weight training and cardiovascular fitness. It is designed to increase strength, agility and stability for everyday activities using a circuit-based format. This class is progressive. All levels of ability accommodated.
