Gentle Hatha Yoga
with Ashley Freeman, RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher)
This class features a progressive series of exercises that accommodate all fitness levels with the goals of increasing strength, flexibility and relieving stress. The exercises we will practice are derived from classical Hatha Yoga and the class will focus on gentle stretches and mindful movement as well as breathing and relaxation techniques.

Wear form-fitting, comfortable clothing
